Revenue Operations Analyst

Summary

Join Ontic as a RevOps Analyst in the Operations team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations. The role involves supporting various strategic and tactical projects related to revenue operations, including territory design, account scoring, forecasting, productivity modeling, sales engagement process, pipeline management, and annual planning. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of Sales, Business, Revenue or GTM Operations experience
• Experience using critical revenue operations tools: Forecasting tools (Clari), BI/reporting (DOMO), Sales CRM (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Support Operations, GTM and our Executive leadership teams across a variety of strategic & tactical projects
• Become an expert in all of our critical business metrics tied to marketing, sales, SDRs & customer success
• Prepare regular reporting & presentations on business results & key trends
• Develop & maintain analyses on all things revenue operations
• Evaluate & make recommendations on improvements to existing processes & cross-functional handoffs
• Support the annual planning process: create & maintain an annual planning framework, define territories, establish productivity metrics, evaluate targets & understand growth levers
• Build processes & maintain data to enable a single source of truth to all critical datapoints needed to provide critical business insights & measure performance
