Multimedia Sales Enablement Facilitator

Summary

Join Palo Alto Networks' Sales Enablement team as an Executive Producer of video-based training programs for the global salesforce. You will develop and deliver engaging video content, collaborate with stakeholders, and incorporate innovative learning strategies. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in B2B software sales enablement, strong presentation skills, and video production proficiency. You will be responsible for creating dynamic training materials, measuring program success, and hosting on-camera segments. Compensation includes a base salary between $118,000 and $191,500, restricted stock units, and a bonus.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing and delivering engaging enablement programs within a B2B software sales environment
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner
• Experience hosting or producing video content, podcasts, or edutainment-style training, especially tailored for sales teams or technical topics
• Proficiency with video production tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and a strong understanding of B2B software sales processes
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
• Experience in video production or media production

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, video-based training programs and interactive digital content across multiple formats—including virtual, and video series—to engage and empower our global sales teams
• Partner with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to develop engaging training materials that captivate and inform. This may include hosting on-camera segments and interactive video broadcasts
• Incorporate modern learning strategies such as gamification, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques to create lively and effective training experiences that align with adult learning principles
• Design assessments to evaluate program success and learner engagement, using feedback and data to continuously improve the content
• Appear on camera to host or facilitate video content, bringing energy and authenticity to internal broadcasts and recorded segments

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications
