Summary

The Account Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions is responsible for maintaining quality control, monthly client reporting, and day-to-day management of assigned national accounts while being the primary point of contact. Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts
  • Maintains quality control leadership
  • Performs monthly client reporting
  • Manages day-to-day management of assigned national accounts
  • Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned national accounts
  • Ensures customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company in a timely manner
  • Manages client complaints utilizing CRM to ensure NBD (National Business Development) Client Complaint Policy is fully utilized
  • Works with Franchisees to ensure client needs are met and the full scope of work is completed
  • Achieves metrics set forth and agreed upon by AM and Director of National Accounts including but not limited to client satisfaction, ancillary revenue, and client retention
  • Schedules, coordinates, and leads regular business reviews for each client
  • Maintains open and regular communication with clients, Franchisees, and Home Office employees
  • Achieves assigned quotas to ensure growth of assigned national accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience developing programs to sell ancillary services
  • National Accounts experience a plus but not required
  • Bachelors and/or Associates degree preferred, but not required
