Summary
Join City Wide Facility Solutions as an Account Manager and become the primary point of contact for national accounts. Maintain quality control, generate monthly client reports, and manage day-to-day operations while supporting franchisees. Represent the company's products and services, ensuring timely responses to client needs. Proactively manage client relationships, meet targets, and utilize CRM for effective communication and complaint management. Collaborate with franchisees to meet client expectations and achieve strategic objectives. Requirements
- 3-5 years of account management experience in a c-level client facing environment
- 1-2 years of experience developing programs to sell ancillary services
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts
- Meets assigned targets and/or KPIs set forth in the Master Service Agreement of each national account
- Proactively manages CRM to meet client satisfaction objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones over a one and three-year period
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Ensures Franchisees conduct inspections as required by client(s) for national account
- Manages client complaints utilizing CRM to ensure NBD (National Business Development) Client Complaint Policy is fully utilized
- Responsible for working with Franchisees to ensure client needs are met and the full scope of work is completed
- Achieves metrics set forth and agreed upon by AM and Director of National Accounts including but not limited to client satisfaction, ancillary revenue, and client retention
- Schedules, coordinates, and leads regular business reviews for each client
- Maintains open and regular communication with clients, Franchisees, and Home Office employees
- Achieves assigned quotas to ensure growth of assigned national accounts
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Creates Excel templates and workflow assignments as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors and/or Associates degree preferred, but not required
- National Accounts experience a plus but not required
