Senior Account Manager, National Convenience

Summary
Join Nutrabolt, a fast-growing global active health and wellness company, as a Sr. Account Manager on the Beverage team. You will be responsible for managing specific accounts for the beverage line up primarily in National Convenience Retailers. This role is eligible to participate in the Sales Bonus Plan. You will cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with assigned accounts, drive volume, revenue, and share within assigned National Accounts, and plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package, and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer. You will also utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals, work cross-functionally with various teams, align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting, manage total trade budgets, work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics, and work with the DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed.
Requirements
- 5 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter category buyers for a National Account
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to travel 35%
- Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry
- High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge
- Experience in building a strategic annual operation plan (AOP) with a National Retailer
- Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with assigned accounts across National Convenience Accounts
- Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts
- Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer
- Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals
- Work cross-functionally with finance, commercial strategy, commercial operations, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business
- Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts
- Manage total trade budgets by brand/account
- Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer
- Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Convenience channel considered a plus
