Disability National Account Manager

Summary

Join Dane Street, a leading provider of IME and Peer Review services, as a National Account Manager. This role focuses on retaining and growing existing clients within the Disability marketplace. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution, while developing strong relationships at all accounts. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategic account plans, growing revenue and referrals, and providing weekly reporting. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with proven business development experience. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate customer service orientation
• Experience in account management/customer facing role with large commercial accounts
• Demonstrated customer retention and business development impact in previous organizations
• Ability to work cross functionally with Operations, Quality Assurance, IT and Finance teams

Responsibilities

• Working with Dane Street’s Director of Operations, QA Staff and Business Analyst team to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution
• Developing Manager/Requestor and Senior Management relationships at all Dane Street accounts
• Generating strong goodwill within the existing account user base
• Creating and executing a strategic account plan for all Dane Street clients
• Growing revenue and referral volume within all top target accounts
• Weekly Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

An in-depth understanding of the Disability marketplace with LTD Claims or Clinical experience
