Summary
Join eJam, a U.S.-based brand incubator, as a NetSuite Administrator & Implementation Specialist. You will lead the configuration, optimization, and integration of NetSuite to support eJamβs multi-brand, multi-channel financial operations. This role is crucial for enabling automation, data flow, and operational visibility across the organization. As the internal NetSuite expert, you will support finance, operations, and executive leadership. The position is a fully remote independent contractor role based in Argentina, offering a compensation of $3,000β$4,000 USD/month. You will be responsible for system administration, integrations, inventory management, reporting, and internal support and training.
Requirements
- 4+ years of NetSuite administration and implementation experience in a product based business
- Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteApps, Saved Searches, and Custom Workflows
- Hands-on experience with BOMs, Assembly Items, Landed Cost, and Demand Planning
- Integration experience with external platforms and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Strong understanding of accounting and inventory workflows
- Proven track record of automating processes and improving data flow
- Background in eCommerce or multi-channel consumer products
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and optimize NetSuite including roles, permissions, workflows, custom fields, forms, and scripts
- Build and support SuiteScripts, SuiteApps, and saved searches
- Create and maintain custom dashboards for finance, accounting, and operations
- Manage and implement integrations with: Merchant processors for automated reconciliation
- Retailers and key customers for remittance/payment data flow
- Commerce platforms like Shopify, CheckoutChamp, and Amazon
- 3PL and inventory management systems
- Build and maintain custom API integrations and connectors for external systems (including CommerceHub and TrueCommerce)
- Support accurate item setup including Bill of Materials, assembly items, and virtual SKUs
- Administer and improve landed cost tracking, including freight, duty, and allocation logic
- Work closely with supply chain and finance to optimize demand planning and reorder processes
- Design and deploy financial and inventory reports for CFO, FP&A, and ops teams
- Collaborate on implementation of forecasting and financial modeling tools (e.g. Datarails or similar), integrated with NetSuite
- Maintain high data hygiene and ensure accurate financial visibility across brands and channels
- Assist in developing and maintaining systematic controls to manage multicompanies, currencies and easily identify eliminating intercompany transactions
- Serve as the go-to NetSuite systems lead for the Argentina-based accounting team
- Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders
- Act as primary liaison to external NetSuite support and partners as needed
- Perform periodic audits to ensure the team is properly utilizing NetSuite
- Ensure System Stability: Maintain high uptime and low error rates across platforms, with critical issues resolved within 24 hours
- Complete Key Integrations: Lead and finalize integrations with CommerceHub, TrueCommerce, and CheckoutChamp to ensure seamless operational workflows
- Improve Reconciliation Accuracy: Automate and validate merchant and retail remittance feeds to support financial accuracy and reporting
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Reduce manual workflows by 30% or more within the first 6 months through process automation and tool optimization
- Maintain Inventory Control: Ensure monthly validation of landed costs and bill of materials (BOM) to maintain inventory accuracy and cost control
- Enable Forecasting Capabilities: Connect NetSuite to Datarails (or a comparable tool) by the end of Q2 to support real-time forecasting and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Datarails or other financial forecasting tools
- Prior work with Shopify, CheckoutChamp, CommerceHub, or TrueCommerce
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred
