Netsuite Application Specialist

Summary

Join Infinitas Learning, a leading educational products and services supplier, as an Oracle NetSuite Application Specialist. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing this central ERP application. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining NetSuite and related systems, configuring and optimizing application functionalities (especially in Supply Chain Management and Finance), working directly with users, proactively monitoring and advising on functionalities, and developing end-to-end solutions. This position requires a BSc degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management or MIS), 5+ years of ERP application management/specialist or consultant experience (Supply Chain experience preferred), strong analytical and technical skills, and fluency in English. Requirements

• Completed BSc, preferably in the direction of Supply Chain Management or Management Information Systems
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as application manager/specialist or consultant within the ERP domain, preferably within the field of Supply Chain
• Analytical and technical, ability to connect business processes, data and code/configuration
• Soft skills: solution minded, strong communicative and analytical skills, capable to connect colleagues and result driven on technology delivery
• Fluent in English is necessary

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the business system applications, specifically Oracle NetSuite and related systems
• Configure and optimize the application functionalities, specifically within the areas that are Supply Chain Management and Finance related (Sales Orders, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Stock Management, Invoicing)
• Work directly with the users on functionalities, issues and authorizations within the business system landscape
• Proactively monitor and advise on the use of functionalities, through which business will be able to perform even better
• Work on end-to-end solutions within the business systems domain

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
