Summary
Join Aledade as a Network Development Lead and drive the company's growth by building relationships with primary care practices and local partners. You will recruit practices for value-based care contracts, leveraging Aledade's expertise and technology. This role requires achieving annual growth targets and involves consultative engagement with prospective practices. You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with field teams, and contribute to strategic development. Success in this position demands strong sales experience and a proven track record in physician network development. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, health care, or a related field work experience
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development (especially in primary care physician practices)
- Willingness to travel up 50-75%
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in government and commercial value-based care contracts with accountability to defined growth targets
- Extend and negotiate participation agreements (contracts) using Salesforce CRM/Conga/DocuSign software. Capture your knowledge and document notes, activities, attachments and updates on recruitment progress within shared systems such as Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate with field teams to generate referrals as well as leveraging reference sites and Aledade experts to support network development
- Participate in state and regional strategy development sessions
- Provide key input and identify best practice with the market and across other regions
- Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned Accounts, as needed (a team of Outreach Specialists will also help you build pipeline)

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other customer relationship management (CRM) platform
