Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs, OSPF, and BGP in enterprise environments
• CCNP, JNCIP or equivalent

• Managing & Resolving Incidents
• Responding to Service Requests and Managing Changes
