Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in occupational health, employee health, HR compliance, or a related role
- Familiarity with Concentra or similar occupational health provider workflows
- Basic understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and workplace health standards
Responsibilities
- Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for all new hires and current employees
- Track compliance with required vaccinations and health screenings; ensure timely follow-up and renewal
- Create authorizations for employees to obtain services (e.g., vaccinations, TB tests) through Concentra or similar occupational health vendors
- Follow up on pending results and documentation to ensure completion and compliance
- Maintain confidential employee health records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Support and monitor workersโ compensation cases, including documentation and coordination with HR and external case managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement wellness initiatives and preventative health programs
- Identify trends and opportunities to reduce workplace health risks and support employee well-being
- Assist with virtual training, communications, and resources related to occupational health policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or tracking workers' compensation cases is a plus
- Comfortable working with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and MacBooks
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
Benefits
- $65,000 - $85,000 a year
