Summary
Qualco Real Estate is seeking an Onboarding Associate for their Technical and Development Department. The successful candidate will manage REO portfolios, coordinate technical due diligence activities, prepare reports, perform analyses, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is based in Athens.
Requirements
- A bachelorβs degree in finance, Business Administration, or relative field
- 2-4 years working experience in real estate, consulting, or finance related firm
- Proficiency in MSOffice (excel, powerpoint) and familiarity with business software tools
- English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Monitor all REOCO operations
- Manage the onboarding process of the assigned REO portfolios, coordinate the technical due diligence activities according to SLAs set and ensure its timely delivery
- Assist our vendors and suppliers in providing the best possible solution and the best possible outcome to our clients
- Maintain and update excel databases constantly
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing portfolio status, performance metrics to senior management and Investors
- Ad-hoc preparation of internal reports and data analysis
- Perform analyses of REOCO portfolio assets in terms of onboarding, maturity, and closing procedures
- Undertaking financial control of the REOCO projects, administration, and accounting procedures
- Set up KPI monitoring dashboards for technical and legal vendors
- Collect and report all expenses and related documents/invoices for under management REO portfolios
- Coordinate legal and technical teams in terms of REOCO operations and emerging issues
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
