Customer Onboarding Associate

Requirements

• Have a customer phone assisting experience
• Master communication skills; speech is structured and clear; know how to explain complex concepts in a simple way
• Be a pedagogue and enjoy educating people on new technologies
• Be organized, dynamic and have the sense of service and excellence
• Work in teams and projects with ambitious goals
• Be bilingual in French (all contacts are French)
• Speak and write English (mandatory)
• Have a professional level with Excel

Responsibilities

• Onboard manufacturers: help them create accounts, guide them through different processes required to be autonomous in the platform
• Record, adapt and drive Webinars, answering users’ questions via live sessions
• Track all interactions with a user, providing accurate, valid and complete information in Salesforce
• Provide feedback for new functionalities and suggest new features making the platform friendlier for the user community
• Interact with support, product owners, technical departments to inform them about bugs, campaigns and give feedback through Jira tickets, Confluence pages, etc
• Lead weekly meetings with retailers to explain use cases, inform progression and take appropriate actions when needed
