Requirements

  • Recruitment Knowledge – Minimum 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting or consultative B2B sales, demonstrating success in closing service agreements
  • Self-Motivated Performance – Independently manages schedule while consistently achieving agreed-upon performance indicators from a well-equipped home office
  • Technical Proficiency – Adept with CRM systems, collaborative platforms like Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office applications for documentation and pipeline management
  • Critical Thinking – Quickly evaluates information and client feedback to recommend practical improvements
  • Communication Excellence – Strong verbal and written communication that simplifies complex recruiting solutions into client-accessible language
  • Consultative Approach – Utilizes strategic questioning to identify needs; effectively summarizes key information to verify understanding

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective clients through a defined qualification process to ensure compatibility
  • Host 1-3 scheduled video consultations daily with businesses interested in talent acquisition services
  • Show engaged listening and maintain consummate professionalism throughout all interactions
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our recruitment solutions, emphasizing business outcomes and return on investment
  • Document conversation details, status updates, and follow-up items in CRM and team communication platforms immediately after interactions
  • Monitor individual pipeline metrics and suggest process enhancements to improve conversion efficiency
  • Document essential requirements and observations, then smoothly transfer qualified prospects to the recruitment team
  • Ensure timely responses for new leads and recently onboarded clients, addressing questions until transition is complete
  • Work with administrative staff to ensure next steps, timelines, and expectations are properly recorded
