Requirements
- Recruitment Knowledge β Minimum 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruiting or consultative B2B sales, demonstrating success in closing service agreements
- Self-Motivated Performance β Independently manages schedule while consistently achieving agreed-upon performance indicators from a well-equipped home office
- Technical Proficiency β Adept with CRM systems, collaborative platforms like Slack/Microsoft Teams, and standard office applications for documentation and pipeline management
- Critical Thinking β Quickly evaluates information and client feedback to recommend practical improvements
- Communication Excellence β Strong verbal and written communication that simplifies complex recruiting solutions into client-accessible language
- Consultative Approach β Utilizes strategic questioning to identify needs; effectively summarizes key information to verify understanding
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective clients through a defined qualification process to ensure compatibility
- Host 1-3 scheduled video consultations daily with businesses interested in talent acquisition services
- Show engaged listening and maintain consummate professionalism throughout all interactions
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our recruitment solutions, emphasizing business outcomes and return on investment
- Document conversation details, status updates, and follow-up items in CRM and team communication platforms immediately after interactions
- Monitor individual pipeline metrics and suggest process enhancements to improve conversion efficiency
- Document essential requirements and observations, then smoothly transfer qualified prospects to the recruitment team
- Ensure timely responses for new leads and recently onboarded clients, addressing questions until transition is complete
- Work with administrative staff to ensure next steps, timelines, and expectations are properly recorded
