Summary
Join Housecall Pro as a Specialist, Bookkeeping Onboarding and contribute to the success of our customers' accounts. You will onboard new clients, ensuring seamless integration into our bookkeeping services. Responsibilities include setting up secure access, educating clients, handling inquiries, providing expert guidance, and communicating across internal teams. You will identify opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement. This role requires strong customer success, onboarding, or account management experience, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3+ years of full-time customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management or sales experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Able to work standard hours for a US time zone
- Proficiency in Excel (imports, exports and data formatting)
Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship during the initial onboarding phase for new clients
- Ensure the seamless integration into our bookkeeping and accounting services
- Set up secure access and explaining our accounting process tailored to their small business
- Educate clients on best practices through personalized online meetings, ensuring they feel knowledgeable and confident in managing their financial data using our tools
- Handle escalated inquiries and support requests during the onboarding phase
- Provide expert guidance to assure client satisfaction and comfort with our services
- Communicate effectively across internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) regarding client information, trends, and feedback
- Prepare and nurture clients for a successful partnership, with a focus on advocacy and long-term engagement with our services
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and continuous improvement, proactively enhancing the client experience
- Organize client details, timelines, and actions to drive efficiency and ensure that each clientโs unique needs are met promptly and accurately
- Utilize deep product knowledge and innovative thinking to troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that solutions are both effective and tailored to client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in onboarding, implementation or customer support roles in the SaaS industry
- Experience as a consultant and developing relationships with new customers
- Knowledge of and established relationships within a relevant industry
- CRM experience
- Self-starter with motivation, drive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can learn new skills quickly; eager to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
