Summary
Join MotionPoint's team as an experienced Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist! You will oversee the recruitment process logistics, ensuring smooth candidate coordination and organizational integration. This role blends recruiting expertise, international recruitment knowledge, and onboarding proficiency. You will post job openings, screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You'll manage interview logistics, maintain databases, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding new hires, including relocation processes. Finally, you will contribute to enhancing MotionPoint's recruitment strategy and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a recruiting-specific HR role
- Experience using Employers of Record (i.e. Deel, RemoFirst, etc.)
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various platforms and assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Partner with global hiring managers to understand specific requirements and align talent strategies
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with local employment laws, visa requirements, and immigration regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks to enhance talent sourcing
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, providing them with updates on their application status and next steps
- Manage interview logistics, including setting up interview times, sending invitations, and preparing relevant materials for interviewers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare offer letters and contracts for international candidates, ensuring they are aligned with relevant international labor regulations
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, execution of pre-employment paperwork (i.e. I-9βs, background checks, drug screens) and scheduling of training/onboarding sessions
- Manage and track the relocation process, including work permits, visas, and other international compliance requirements
- Help enhance the companyβs recruitment strategy by promoting the organization as a great place to work
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline progress
- Other duties as assigned
