Online Community Manager - Chief Storyteller

Summary

Join the Houston Properties Team as a Social Media Manager and craft compelling narratives that attract top real estate agents. You will own the strategy, content, and campaigns to connect with ambitious agents seeking career advancement. This role involves creating authentic content showcasing agent success stories, team culture, and client impact. You will develop and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, collaborating with recruiters and leadership. Success is measured by increased agent engagement, webinar attendance, and qualified leads for the recruiting team. Requirements

• 12+ months working remote
• Min 5+ years professional experience building a social media community

Responsibilities

• Create content that tells the real stories behind our agents’ success
• Highlight agent wins, team culture, behind-the-scenes moments, and client impact
• Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns designed to start conversations with agents
• Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to deeply understand who we serve — agents who are ambitious but underserved
• Explore which type of content attracts agents who are attracted to our values: accountable, caring, knowledge, transparent, and coachable
• Focus on making agents feel seen, understood, and inspired through every post
• Track performance, but always prioritize authenticity over vanity metrics

Preferred Qualifications

You’ve used social media to recruit, inspire, or mobilize people (bonus if you’ve recruited agents, loan officers, or salespeople)
