Remote Online Exams Invigilator

Summary

PeopleCert, a global leader in providing best practices and essential skills evaluation and certification, is hiring an Online Invigilator. The selected candidate will monitor, guide, and assist online test takers during their exams, responding to technical queries via phone, email, or chat. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of experience in a similar job field, customer service enthusiasm, proficiency in English (C1 level) and Japanese (native), excellent communication skills, organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (regardless of the field of study)
• At least one year of experience in a similar job field
• Customer service enthusiasm
• Proficiency in English (C1 level, LanguageCert C1 LTE or C1 IESOL is acceptable)
• Proficiency in Japanese (native level)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Organizational skills and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Monitor, guide, and assist online test takers during their exams, responding to technical queries via phone, email, or chat
