Operating Companies Accountant

Summary

Join dLocal, a global payments technology company, as an Accountant based in Uruguay. You will be part of the Operating Companies team, contributing to reconciliations, account analysis, reporting, and control. Analyze business processes, create requirements, and manage accounts payable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations. Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the parent organization, and support audits and tax presentations. Provide recommendations to management based on thorough analysis and perform accounting registrations. This role offers a flexible, remote-first work environment with various benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting or a similar field
• High level of attention to detail
• +3 years of experience in Accounting teams
• Knowledge of Accounting imputations
• Good communication skills
• General understanding of IFRS
• Advanced Excel user
• Ability to quickly prioritize in a constantly evolving environment
• Familiarity with Group-level reporting packages
• Advanced/Fluent English

• Accounting registrations from a thorough analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process automation or data analysis tools
• SAP Fiori experience
• Experience with consolidations, subsidiaries, and international offices
