Summary

Join Cache as an Operating Partner and become a key leader in our investment strategy, working closely with portfolio company leadership teams. As an Operating Partner, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating value creation and ensuring portfolio companies meet investment goals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing direct and/or indirect reports
  • Extensive knowledge in operations, including resource planning, demand planning, business planning, corporate strategy, communications, leadership, benchmarking, and forecasting
  • Required skills in market research, analytics, financial modeling, metrics analysis, and presentations
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Must be results-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of associates with tact and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to protect confidential information
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft, with the flexibility to be away from home for extended periods
  • Experience in managing external relations, including identifying, diversifying, building, and maintaining relationships with community organizations and leaders to secure various forms of support and partnerships
  • Ability to manage solicitations with board members and sponsors, provide outcome reports, and lead cultivation and stewardship activities for charitable endeavors

Responsibilities

  • Advise and coach CEOs and management teams, providing perspectives and recommendations
  • Analyze challenges and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop plans to increase efficiency, growth, profits, and cash flow, and implement operational best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance
  • Ensure portfolio companies have the resources to meet the firm's investment goals
  • Assist with planning, forecasting, and due diligence to support company growth and expansion
  • Create simple, consistent reporting to easily identify when the company is off-track
  • Lead a company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently working within a Software as a Service or Service-Based businesses in a sales, marketing, operations, or key management role
  • Demonstrable track record of success
