Summary
Join cargo.one, a leading digital platform for air freight bookings, as a Partner Operations Specialist. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the connection between freight forwarders and airlines, driving partner success and supporting their digital transformation. This position involves analyzing performance, solving complex challenges, and driving operational improvements. You will work remotely from almost anywhere in Europe, ideally based in Berlin. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or project management, ideally in a tech-driven or logistics environment
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and drive decision-making
- An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative, experiment, and push boundaries
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable solutions
- You are a data wizard—highly proficient in analyzing data and trends to drive insights and decisions
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize performance: Dive into reports, market trends, and operational data to monitor the quality of supply and performance of our partner airlines. Identify gaps and implement innovative solutions to enhance their digital selling capabilities
- Solve complex challenges: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to find scalable, creative solutions to unexpected problems
- Drive impact: Take ownership of operational improvements and automation opportunities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in airline partner processes. Proactively address inefficiencies rather than escalating them as roadblocks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with databases, SQL, or programming languages
- Experience with SQL, databases, programming languages and Excel
