Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- +2 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management
- Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Operational consulting experience - Big 4 or Top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments
Responsibilities
- Assist in the identification and analysis of bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the production lifecycle
- Support the implementation of process improvements using methodologies like Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma
- Contribute to the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows, improve communication, and enhance collaboration
- Document and standardize processes to ensure consistency and repeatability
- Assist in facilitating continuous improvement workshops and training sessions
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to support project execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives
- Assist in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
