Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve workforce-related operational processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management, contractor lifecycle, documentation, etc.)
  • Maintain and optimize workflows using systems like Workable, GDrive, Confluence, Zapier, etc
  • Ensure compliance, structure, and clarity in how people-related processes run
  • Led cross-team coordination between Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement automation or standardization
  • Support audits, contractor agreements, and system integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience (e.g., managing small ops teams or initiatives)
  • Familiarity with tools like Workable and Google Workspace
  • Experience in scaling operational processes for distributed or global teams
  • Exposure to compliance, vendor management, or workforce-related tech stacks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
