Requirements
- Have experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency for existing processes
- Be detail orientated and good at spotting trends
- Be a strong communicator and adept at facilitating cross-functional work streams
- Have an analytical approach to your work and are comfortable working with data across various tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Count, etc
- Be customer focused and operate with our end users' best interest at heart
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of our complaints policy, including investigation and response to escalated complaints and quality assurance checks on tracking documents
- Assist with the investigation and response to customer transaction disputes and credit disputes in line with our internal procedures and regulatory timeframes
- Support our bank partners with requests that require Cleo investigation and action
- Assist in the creation and improvement of the processes key to the operation of Cleoβs products
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with credit or debit card operational processes
- Have experience working in a start up environment
- Have knowledge of the US financial landscape
- Have any level of SQL expertise
