Operations Analyst

Requirements

• Have experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency for existing processes
• Be detail orientated and good at spotting trends
• Be a strong communicator and adept at facilitating cross-functional work streams
• Have an analytical approach to your work and are comfortable working with data across various tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Count, etc
• Be customer focused and operate with our end users' best interest at heart

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of our complaints policy, including investigation and response to escalated complaints and quality assurance checks on tracking documents
• Assist with the investigation and response to customer transaction disputes and credit disputes in line with our internal procedures and regulatory timeframes
• Support our bank partners with requests that require Cleo investigation and action
• Assist in the creation and improvement of the processes key to the operation of Cleo’s products

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with credit or debit card operational processes
• Have experience working in a start up environment
• Have knowledge of the US financial landscape
• Have any level of SQL expertise
