Join Wellhub's Global Legal team in SΓ£o Paulo as an Operations Analyst. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, Production Engineering, Computer Science or related courses
  • Experience in Legal Operations and/or at a legaltech, consultancy company or comparable experience in other Operation areas (e.g., Sales Ops, Finance Ops, Marketing Ops
  • Evaluating and implementing Legal Operations technology support (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management, Litigation management system)
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • Good proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to listen and communicate with our internal stakeholders in order to understand their needs and allocate them on behalf of priority strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
  • Excited about Wellhub and a true legal ops experience

Responsibilities

  • Establish working relationships with Legal leadership and other cross-functional teams (business, finance and tech)
  • Provide internal support for the document automation solution and maintenance of the templates
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of the Legal department
  • Manage local legal internal projects and assist on legal business projects
  • Get your hands dirty in the data, digging deep and cross-referencing multiple sources to extract crucial information that empowers the legal team
  • Drive innovation by developing and implementing strategic plans, building business cases, and generating reports that demonstrate the value and ROI of new initiatives
  • Compile legal knowledge bases for use by the team and by internal clients (intranet, CMS - Content Management System, LMS - Learning Management System and more)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI is a key differentiator
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM/ CLM is a plus
