Requirements

• Experience with cross-collaborations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Experience with an ever-changing environment
• 2 years of experience with project management
• 2 years of experience with Excel and the Google suite

Responsibilities

• Support squad Leads, flags, and deliver feedback to agents (and/or supports team leads with feedback)
• Support team culture initiatives
• Create and standardize training documentation
• Coordinate onboarding cohorts
• Lead agent pay
• Manage roster
• Support and manage Metabase dashboards
• Audit weekly SL reports
• Create capacity forecasting
• Create one-off Google Sheets or scripts for projects
• Serve as scrum master for safety sprints
• Conduct efficiency & quality analyses on process work
• Perform financial analyses on different areas of our operations
• Manage projects related to client work
• Improve process design on important client or internal processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams
• SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Google scripts
