Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Experience
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, including making decisions on regulatory impacting processes

Responsibilities

• Reformulates policies and adjust logistics
• Streamlines operations through researching efficiencies and problem solving
• Works with Operations management to provide data support, quantification, and reporting
• Creates broad analytics for the departments supported
• Solves complex issues both independently and collaboratively
• Works with various departments within the Company through project management
• Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature; recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
• Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments
• Other duties as assigned
