Global Logistics Analyst

Requirements

• 2+ years in international logistics, global trade, or supply chain roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and logistics/e-commerce platforms
• Strong command of English (written and verbal)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Comfortable working full-time in U.S. time zone-compatible hours

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Purchase Order management, freight bookings, and ASN tracking
• Maintain real-time visibility and accuracy in our ERP and 3PL systems
• Review and control commercial documentation and vendor compliance
• Execute Transfer Orders between fulfillment centers and manage warehouse receivings
• Use AI and automation tools to eliminate manual tasks and increase operational speed
• Build dashboards and generate reports on freight status, discrepancies, and vendor performance
• Reconcile freight and duty invoices with the Finance team monthly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3PL platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Flexport, Amazon Seller Central)
• Background in e-commerce or retail logistics (especially National/International Brands)
• Exposure to data tools like Tableau or process automation tools
• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
