Summary
Join Pavago as a detail-oriented Operations and Finance Administrator! This full-time, remote position, operating within AST, supports our client's daily financial and administrative operations. You will manage financial systems using Zoho Books, handle invoicing and reconciliations, prepare reports, and ensure smooth client and team communication. The role requires strong accounting experience, a finance degree, and proficiency in various tools. A proactive and collaborative approach is essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven accounting experience, with a strong preference for expertise in management accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Proficiency in Zoho Books preferred; familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero is acceptable
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Zoom, and Loom
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative in a remote setting
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial operations
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and records
- Create and manage customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and manage receivables to ensure proper cash flow
- Contribute to the setup and optimization of the business's financial and operating system using Zoho tools
- Provide additional administrative support as needed, including organizing financial documents and assisting in operational tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly
- Work closely with the General Manager and team members to align on financial and operational priorities
