Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations or administrative role
  • Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets)
  • Advanced Slack knowledge and workflow management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional work setup
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain revenue projections (using existing tools) for clients
  • Assist in developing capital expenditure (CapEx) plans and tracking using existing tools for clients
  • Collaborate with Finance team on reporting and analysis
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs as needed
  • Manage and optimize workflows in Slack
  • Maintain manual tracking systems and ensure information accuracy
  • Support tech stack administration and system maintenance
  • Coordinate with RevOps on system updates and improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and other departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Leadership)
  • Organize team offsites and coordinate logistics
  • Plan and execute top performer recognition events and dinners
  • Manage team calendar and scheduling
  • Support internal communication and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Knowledge of AirDNA platform
  • Ability to work or communicate during US business hours
  • Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or real estate industries
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
