Operations Associate

Summary

Join Morty, a mortgage platform empowering loan officers and brokerages, as a detail-oriented Business Analyst. You will analyze data, develop reports, ensure data accuracy, contribute to operational initiatives, and track key metrics. This role requires strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, along with project management abilities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Communications, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent project management abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
• Contribute to various operational initiatives to ensure compliance and best practices across the platform
• Track and analyze key operational metrics to ensure continuous improvement
