Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management and project management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a track record of taking initiative
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with precision
  • Proficiency with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva and Tableu

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Handle email correspondence, drafting, proofreading, and sending communications on behalf of leadership
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, resolving last-minute changes as needed
  • Oversee supply chain logistics, equipment maintenance schedules, and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for invoices, contracts, and compliance materials
  • Act as a key liaison with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Track and analyze production metrics, providing actionable insights to improve decision-making
  • Use farm management software to optimize workflows and maintain accurate crop and livestock records
  • Support the adoption of new agricultural technologies to boost operational efficiency
  • Plan team meetings, off-site events, and client engagements, managing logistics such as venues and materials
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in agriculture, farming, or related industries
  • Experience with farm management software (e.g., Agworld, Granular)
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools or processes
