Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management and project management
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a track record of taking initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with precision
- Proficiency with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva and Tableu
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
- Handle email correspondence, drafting, proofreading, and sending communications on behalf of leadership
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, resolving last-minute changes as needed
- Oversee supply chain logistics, equipment maintenance schedules, and project timelines
- Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for invoices, contracts, and compliance materials
- Act as a key liaison with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Track and analyze production metrics, providing actionable insights to improve decision-making
- Use farm management software to optimize workflows and maintain accurate crop and livestock records
- Support the adoption of new agricultural technologies to boost operational efficiency
- Plan team meetings, off-site events, and client engagements, managing logistics such as venues and materials
- Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in agriculture, farming, or related industries
- Experience with farm management software (e.g., Agworld, Granular)
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools or processes
