Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a SalesOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or Sales Support role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (bonus if you’ve done any admin/config work)
  • Basic understanding of GTM tools like Apollo, Metabase, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work through large data sets methodically
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • You thrive working at speed and are a fast learner
  • You are a team player β€” this is a highly cross-functional, collaborative role
  • You are a great communicator who enjoys helping others and solving practical issues

Responsibilities

  • Execute AI-driven GTM operations: ensure data consistency, scalability, and automation
  • Leverage AI for day-to-day operations such as list building, data enrichment, email campaign setup, and lead routing
  • Manage integrations across tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, etc
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards under guidance from the RevOps Manager
  • Provide timely support to team members
  • Support system documentation and process guides for operational consistency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Exposure to data enrichment, lead scoring, or routing logic
  • Hands-on work with Zapier, Clay, or other automation and AI tools
