Summary
Join LiveFlow as a Revenue Operations Associate and support the company's Go-to-Market (GTM) systems and processes. This role involves ensuring data consistency, scalability, and automation using AI-driven operations. You will manage integrations across various tools, build reports and dashboards, and provide support to team members. The ideal candidate possesses 1β2 years of experience in a relevant role, familiarity with Salesforce and GTM tools, and strong attention to detail. Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience in a SalesOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or Sales Support role
- Familiarity with Salesforce (bonus if youβve done any admin/config work)
- Basic understanding of GTM tools like Apollo, Metabase, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work through large data sets methodically
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- You thrive working at speed and are a fast learner
- You are a team player β this is a highly cross-functional, collaborative role
- You are a great communicator who enjoys helping others and solving practical issues
Responsibilities
- Execute AI-driven GTM operations: ensure data consistency, scalability, and automation
- Leverage AI for day-to-day operations such as list building, data enrichment, email campaign setup, and lead routing
- Manage integrations across tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Chili Piper, Gong, HubSpot, Clay, etc
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards under guidance from the RevOps Manager
- Provide timely support to team members
- Support system documentation and process guides for operational consistency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Exposure to data enrichment, lead scoring, or routing logic
- Hands-on work with Zapier, Clay, or other automation and AI tools
