Summary

Join California Closets as their Operations Coordinator, Salesforce! This role centers around supporting the company's transition to a Salesforce platform. You will build and lead a community of Salesforce Champions, act as a Salesforce point person for business users, and collaborate with the Salesforce Core team. The position requires cross-functional work and a proactive mindset. Responsibilities include training support, issue documentation, report creation, and providing user support. Experience in operations support and Salesforce is essential.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience operations support and/or Sales Force support
  • Must possess strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time and project management abilities
  • Comfortable with Excel , have some understanding of databases

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead our community of “Salesforce Champions” to understand feature benefits and best practices and collaborate with Sales Force Core team providing updates, challenges, questions, etc
  • Act as a Salesforce point person to support our business users in their adoption of the platform (enhancement and changes)
  • Support the Operations Sales Force Trainer with: Implementation timelines
  • Support the Operations Sales Force Trainer with: Training presentations
  • Support the Operations Sales Force Trainer with: Training calendar invites
  • Support the Operations Sales Force Trainer with: Preparation of CCO and Franchise rollout of content delivered
  • Admin and calendar tasks as assigned to support the Operations and Technology teams
  • Support both corporate-owned and franchise locations with questions and documenting issues
  • Supporting of ongoing releases ensuring that training is in place and office hours scheduled
  • Create reports to validate user requests and enhancements
  • Provide drop-in support to business users in Salesforce office hours
  • Manage new duties when assigned, using discretionary judgment to understand and balance corporate priorities and long-range success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM system, DASH, CAD a plus
  • Previous experience and knowledge of California Closets business/operating practices a plus
  • A natural problem solver with a strong desire to learn more about CRM - ideally having Salesforce experience
