Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
• Familiarity with bank operations and payment processing
• Experience working on complex, mission-critical initiatives with cross-organization impact
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self Sufficient and well organized
• Sound decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Leads Financial Operations integration efforts in collaboration with other support teams to implement new platforms and money movement services
• Participates on business project teams, fulfilling requirements and assisting in developing implementation and migration plans
• Provides subject matter expertise to consult with technical teams on automation and system solutions related to Financial Operations
• Creates and maintains high-quality technical, user, and procedural flow and process documents for Financial Operations
