Summary

The Revenue Operations Specialist at CEQUENS is responsible for optimizing revenue generation processes by streamlining operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams, analyzing data, implementing tools and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is based in Jordan on a remote basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Support the revenue generation processes within the organization
  • Streamline operations across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
  • Analyze data, optimize workflows, and implement tools and systems to enhance revenue performance
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, marketing, and customer data to inform strategic decisions
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and other related systems
  • Identify and implement improvements in revenue-related processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and document workflows
  • Monitor and refine lead management processes, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Administrate and optimize CRM systems and other revenue-related tools
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to support revenue operations
  • Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices
  • Develop and maintain reporting structures to track performance against targets
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and procedures
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align goals and strategies
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review performance metrics and discuss improvements
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure consistent and effective communication
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing revenue operations
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations for assigned projects
  • Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally been working in SaaS/CPaaS business and an interest in technology
