Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a client-focused role within Northeast Asia
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to drive decision-making
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and organizational coordination skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management capabilities
- Fluency in both the local language and English, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement KOL Growth Strategies
- Analyze KOL data, competitor trends, and KOL behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement affiliate user lifecycle strategies
- Customize KOL Retention Services
- Lead efforts to retain new KOLs and high-value (whale) KOLs through targeted campaigns and personalized support
- Optimize post-boarding processes to enhance KOL experience and drive loyalty
- Develop affiliate user growth campaigns to drive first-time transactions, transaction volume, revenue and AUM KPIs for KOLs
- Collaborate with the shilling community to execute campaigns in partnership with KOLs
- Partnerships and Alliances
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to facilitate business growth and enhance KOL market penetration
- Negotiate and collaborate with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Data Analysis and Performance Optimization
- Leverage data-driven insights to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and refine KOL strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to enhance conversion rates and KOL engagement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various departments like global marketing, product, legal & compliance, and customer service to align growth initiatives with Northeast Asia business objectives
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to achieve cohesive growth strategies
