Requirements

• 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting, or startups
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, Zapier, and Slack
• Skilled in optimizing operations with productivity tools

Responsibilities

• Anticipate daily operational needs, prioritize tasks, and manage key initiatives to allow the founders to focus on high-level strategy
• Oversee and improve the backend patient record-keeping system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and smooth workflows
• Track and manage progress on cross-functional projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones are achieved on time
• Create automated workflows with tools like Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, and Zapier to reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and minimize errors
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and present insights to support operational decisions
• Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows, implementing scalable solutions that improve team productivity and support company growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building operational systems in a startup or tech environment
• Familiarity with health-tech or fertility-related industries
• Previous experience in process automation and reporting/analytics
