Summary

Join Airbnb's Partnerships and Business Development team as a Senior Business and Programs Operations Lead. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and provide insights to leadership. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and executing programs, and preparing executive materials. You will synthesize data and feedback to optimize growth and enhance Stays Supply performance. The position is US-remote eligible with occasional office work. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in consulting or project management within the hospitality or OTA industry.

Requirements

  • 12+ years experience in consulting position, or project management in the hospitality or online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales operations and enablement teams
  • Ability to take initiative and deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Strong appetite for working with the Airbnb community
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills
  • Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
  • Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Data driven, can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Define the operating system strategy for a large, distributed organization, ensuring alignment with Airbnb-wide initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to remove barriers, integrate insights, and implement scalable solutions
  • Develop and execute key programs, workstreams, and strategic initiatives, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business objectives
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for key meetings, reports and trackers, represent the team in internal and external forums, and act as a proxy for senior leadership when needed
  • Synthesize data, trends, field feedback, and analysis into actionable recommendations to optimize growth and enhance Stays Supply performance
  • Identify and incorporate high-impact initiatives into team roadmaps, ensuring effective collaboration across other functions
