Summary

Join our team as an entrepreneurial operations professional and drive operational excellence and growth. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with growth marketing initiatives, allowing our current operations lead to focus on core operations. You will execute operational initiatives, identify and solve bottlenecks, build and optimize processes, manage projects, and implement efficiency-improving tools. Additionally, you will identify and test growth channels, run experiments, implement viral mechanics, drive user engagement, and execute marketing campaigns. This role offers significant autonomy and the potential to evolve into a more specialized role.

Requirements

  • Proven entrepreneurial background (founded/co-founded companies, early employee at startups, etc.)
  • 1-5 years of operational experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience creating processes for manual-intensive initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work EST or PST hours consistently
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal direction
  • Problem-solver who finds creative solutions to challenges
  • Results-oriented with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strong ownership mentality
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools
  • Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with automation tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Execute on operational initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively
  • Build and optimize internal processes and systems from scratch
  • Manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion
  • Take ownership of operational challenges and drive them to resolution
  • Implement tools and workflows that improve team efficiency
  • Support strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
  • Coordinate between teams and ensure smooth operations
  • Analyze operational metrics and suggest improvements
  • Handle special projects that require entrepreneurial thinking
  • Identify and test unconventional growth channels
  • Run experiments to find scalable acquisition methods
  • Implement viral mechanics and referral systems
  • Find creative ways to drive user engagement and retention
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
  • Analyze marketing performance and iterate based on data
  • Manage content marketing and social media initiatives
  • Coordinate with external agencies and contractors
