Requirements
- 5 years + proven experience in operations management, project management, or a similar role, preferably within an agency or ecommerce or a creative environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical proficiency with project management tools and software such as Google Workspace, Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo,Mailchimp etc
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Proactive problem-solver who works independently
Responsibilities
- Track milestones and manage deliverables across projects, keeping everything (and everyone) on schedule
- Interface with clients to gather feedback and approvals, making sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test (UAT), and optimize digital experiences across CMS and web platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, and Netlify/Strapi (Headless Commerce). Ensure smooth end-to-end functionality within the customer funnel through hands-on problem solving and technical validation
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members to keep meetings and deadlines on track
- Work closely with creative teams, media partners, and clients to gather information and keep projects moving smoothly
- Prepare for major campaign shifts like seasonal sales and product launches by coordinating with everyone involved
- Identify and improve operational processes to make everything run more efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing creative projects and understanding creative processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing and campaign management
- Background working with diverse teams and clients across different markets
