Requirements
- You have a passion for process improvement, documentation, and increasing operational efficiencies
- You know SQL and how to use tools like Zapier, or have an interest in learning them
Responsibilities
- Manage the contracting, billing, and collections process, making sure we get paid from every customer
- Respond to notices from government entities and help us stay in compliance with our SOC 2 obligations
- Write automations in tools like Zapier, Hightouch, Retool, and Salesforce to connect our business systems together
- Write reports to give individuals the data they need to do their jobs effectively
- Write and maintain SOPs for how to use our internal tooling
- Handle the unsexy but necessary work to keep Keeper running, like onboarding new hires and helping customers import their data into the product
Preferred Qualifications
Accounting / finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
