Operations Manager

This role requires a passion for process improvement and efficiency, SQL knowledge, and an interest in learning about accounting and finance. Accounting/finance experience is preferred. Requirements

• You have a passion for process improvement, documentation, and increasing operational efficiencies
• You know SQL and how to use tools like Zapier, or have an interest in learning them

Responsibilities

• Manage the contracting, billing, and collections process, making sure we get paid from every customer
• Respond to notices from government entities and help us stay in compliance with our SOC 2 obligations
• Write automations in tools like Zapier, Hightouch, Retool, and Salesforce to connect our business systems together
• Write reports to give individuals the data they need to do their jobs effectively
• Write and maintain SOPs for how to use our internal tooling
• Handle the unsexy but necessary work to keep Keeper running, like onboarding new hires and helping customers import their data into the product

Preferred Qualifications

Accounting / finance experience is preferred; interest in learning the space is required
