You will oversee day-to-day operations, implement technical and AI-powered solutions, manage key operations staff, and serve as the systems strategist and liaison between departments. This role requires modernizing MDS operations through automations, integrations, and analytics to enhance speed, efficiency, and resilience. You will thrive in a remote, entrepreneurial environment, leveraging your systems-oriented thinking, workflow expertise, and proficiency in various operational tools and AI platforms. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or systems management within a fast-paced, remote environment
• Proven experience managing operational systems, including technology infrastructure, software tools, and data workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across teams and departments
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and integrating them into workflows
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel for business and industry events
• Comfortable adapting to evolving operational needs and environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and proactively implement technical and AI-powered solutions
• Manage key operations staff and act as the in-house systems strategist
• Serve as the glue between departments to ensure everyone has the tools and infrastructure they need to succeed
• Modernize how MDS operates by wielding automations, integrations, and analytics to make the company faster, leaner, and more resilient
