Operations Manager

Summary

Join our team as a fully remote Operations Manager working 3 AM - 12 PM EST. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, supporting client operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of quality management solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in operations, logistics, or project management. You will lead and mentor a team, develop SOPs and handbooks, manage vendor relationships, and handle day-to-day operations. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or project management
• Proficiency with operational tools and platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar project management systems
• Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from data
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
