Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, or project management
- Proficiency with operational tools and platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar project management systems
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of deriving actionable insights from data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and collaborate with teams to solve bottlenecks
- Manage client communication, ensuring timely issue resolution and project milestones are met
- Maintain accurate operational data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely quality inspections and shipments
- Ensure quality assurance protocols are followed and update clients
- Manage relationships and negotiate better processes and prices with vendors
- Use tools to manage workflows, automate tasks, and troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain records of activities, client interactions, and quality metrics
- Assist the leadership team with scheduling, presentations, and ad-hoc tasks
- Learn the company's tools, processes, and team structure
- Manage client communications and project timelines
- Audit workflows and suggest improvements
- Work with the leadership team to prioritize operational goals
- Shadow team members to understand the quality management process
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the e-commerce, D2C, or supply chain industries is highly desirable
