Join Spring Health, a leading mental healthcare provider, as their Marketing Operations Manager. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, MarTech and Operations, you will support and optimize marketing processes, systems, and technologies. Responsibilities include managing digital asset management systems, supporting agency management, administering marketing technology platforms (HubSpot, RingLead, 6sense), managing integrations with Salesforce, building dashboards and reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role involves influencing marketing budget accuracy, empowering the team with new workflows, enhancing lead scoring and routing, maintaining clean data, and supporting collaboration through documentation and dashboards. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, advanced expertise in Frontify, moderate experience in HubSpot, RingLead, LeanData, and 6sense, and working knowledge of Salesforce. Excellent organizational skills, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential. The position offers a competitive salary ($97,680 - $122,100) and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Frontify: Advanced expertise is expected
- HubSpot, RingLead, LeanData, and 6sense: Moderate experience is expected
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations, with hands-on experience in campaign execution, tech stack management, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including building reports, dashboards, and understanding campaign/member relationships within the platform
- Work as a liaison between agencies and the Spring Health team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a process-oriented approach
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and turning insights into action
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a desire to grow as a generalist across the marketing operations function
Responsibilities
- Manage and own DAM and other digital asset management systems and processes that allow cross-functional teams to self-serve and easily access brand and campaign materials
- Maintain the content, support one-off requests, and ensure the tool is meeting requirements
- Support agency management across Marketing teams - managing priorities and contracts
- Help administer and optimize marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, RingLead, and 6sense, ensuring accurate data flow, lead scoring, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Manage integrations and data sync between marketing systems and Salesforce, supporting accurate lead routing, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to help stakeholders understand marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign impact
- Support cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure consistent execution across all initiatives
- Jump in and support various marketing initiatives as needed, bringing a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Influence marketing budget accuracy to stay within budget
- Empower the team with new workflows and proactively implement solutions to improve accuracy, speed, or scalability
- Enhance lead scoring and lead routing effectiveness
- You maintain clean, actionable data across marketing and sales systems and ensure reporting is reliable and insightful
- You support cross-functional collaboration by creating clear documentation, playbooks, and dashboards that make performance data easily digestible
- You bring curiosity and a willingness to learn, continuously evolving alongside our tech stack and team goals
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management and digital asset management tools—experience with Asana is a plus
