Operations Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience providing complex administrative support
• High school education required; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
• Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn in-house database
• Self starter with outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Deploy, engage, train, and monitor Field staff on Ministry processes and procedures to enable and ensure compliance of quality, strategic programming
• Manage, initiate, and implement all steps of Volunteer On-Boarding process to meet strategic programming needs
• Serve as subject matter expert in various areas to include, but not limited to, Smartsheet, data management, process development, and a variety of Prison Fellowship programs
