Requirements
- High school diploma
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new computer system applications
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks required to schedule notaries for in-person mobile notary signing appointments, including managing communication between parties and updating order details to ensure each signing is completed successfully
- Resolve common issues that occur during the duration of a transaction and escalate when necessary
- Use independent thinking skills while reviewing orders to help prevent work-stopping problems
- Provide white-glove customer service to our customers using our order management dashboard
- Make outbound phone calls when time-sensitive situations arise
- Perform quality control activities to ensure that all signings reach the expected touchpoints and help prevent any issues during the lifecycle of an order
- Assist with post-close quality reviews as needed and report errors for resolution
- Provide helpful feedback regarding our product and processes
- Complete special projects as requested by their supervisor
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work overtime as assigned
- Work cooperatively with others
- Work in a remote (quiet environment)
- Have a functioning high-speed internet connection
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Show up to meetings on time, ready to listen & participate
- Manage a calendar/schedule and raise concerns to managers if there is a conflict
