Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing various recruiting administrative duties such as maintaining candidate records, scheduling interviews, preparing candidate submissions to clients, managing hiring manager input and evaluations, and conducting weekly audits of candidates. The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, technical proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs, a degree or equivalent work experience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, as well as Google Docs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be proactive with the mindset of helping the team find the best candidate for TalentFront clients

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining candidate records
  • Arranging and scheduling phone, video, and/or on-site candidate interviews
  • Posting jobs on internal and external websites
  • Updating the movement of candidates through various stages in various systems including TalentFront pipelines and web-based applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Managing the scheduling of TalentFront phone interviews
  • Preparing candidate submissions to clients including uploading all relevant documents
  • Managing the scheduling of all hiring manager interviews
  • Ensuring appropriate and empathetic follow-up with candidates
  • Performing other duties as required by the recruiting team
