Summary
Join C.A. Fortune's Sales Operations team as a Specialist, Sales Operations! This fully remote (or hybrid in Chicago) role supports Sales and Sales Operations by managing promotional plans, utilizing internal and external tools, and analyzing data. You'll collaborate with teammates, audit files, and contribute to ongoing sales support processes. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of post-secondary education and strong Microsoft Office skills. CPG experience is preferred but not required. Requirements
- 2+ years of post-secondary education (preferred completion of Bachelorβs degree)
- Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint proficiency
- Ability to work independently and meet goals that have been established
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team-mates in a productive manner
- Ability to be flexible in daily routine and tackle new tasks and/or projects as they arise
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales and Sales Operations teams with completion of promotional paperwork and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with teammates to manage proprietary tools (internal and external)
- Manage promotional planning within TPM system
- Audit SharePoint file systems to track all promotional plans and contracts
- Analyze post promotional analysis
- Perform any other development related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of CPG industry experience
- Trade Promotional Management experience
