Operations Supervisor

Requirements

• 3+ years in an Operations Supervisor role, ideally with experience in exterior services or another service-related field with high customer/client contact
• Some prior management and leadership experience a plus
• Landscape and Snow industry experience is a plus
• Associates Degree in Business or industry-related field, or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Oversees office-based team regarding account management, internal processes, performance metrics, ensuring all Company and functional policies, as well as standard operating procedures, are adhered to
• Meets and coaches’ team on key company objectives outlined by management, including clearly defined expectations, assigning work/tasks appropriately, and ensuring that progress toward goals/objectives is being made
• Analyzes key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborates with various internal teams to deliver measurable solutions
• Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow
• Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations
• Support business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting operations process and value to potential customers
• Support and balance vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability
• Facilitates new account rollout
• Facilitates software integrations between customer portals/user interfaces and the KBS IT department
• Collaborates with other departments to identify procedural issues and trends
• Works with Regional Operations Manager on performance management issues
